Thomas Champion
British and Irish national · Fourth-year medical student at Semmelweis University, Budapest
British Student Perspective
UK Law Graduate
Thomas brings a rare combination of medical training, legal education, and professional experience in banking. As a fourth-year medical student at Semmelweis University in Budapest, he understands both the academic demands of Central European medical study and the practical questions international applicants need answered before committing to a program.
During his time at Semmelweis University Thomas has presented research into the Physiology of bone cancer at the international level, and has been privately devoting time to helping fellow students find their path in the international medical student community for several years with great success, most recently being invited to give talks on the application process at regional Premed Colleges and medical school preparation courses in Budapest with excellent feedback.
In his initial round of applications he achieved something quite unique. Thomas was accepted to every medical school he applied to in the Central European Region, without any rejections, including all of the four Hungarian programs, he has an unusual ability to cut through the noise and isolate what matters for prospective applications.
Before studying Medicine in Budapest Thomas graduated from Law School Cum Laude in the UK at the request of his family.
